HONDURAS San Marcos (Arabica)

San Marcos is a city on the northern border of Honduras and El Salvador, where almost the entire population is employed in the coffee business. Being in mountainous terrain and growing on volcanic soils, coffee from San Marcos rarely finds its way into blends due to its characteristic and sweet taste.

The nutty and chocolatey notes that are common to all American varieties play well with the dense, creamy body.
