DECAF Colombia (arabicdeccol)

Our Colombia Supremo decaf coffee was produced using the "Sparkling Water Decaf" technology. This method of extracting caffeine from coffee beans uses two natural elements - pure water and carbon dioxide - and together they form "sparkling water". Good carbon dioxide selectivity for caffeine ensures high retention of other coffee components that contribute to flavor and aroma.
